Egypt will host the International Pentathlon Hockey Championship on 20 and 21 October 2023.
10 men’s and women’s teams will participate in the tournament. It will be held in the pyramids area of Giza.
Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, said that Egypt has a large infrastructure that makes it capable of organizing any sports tournament. I am sure of the success of the Egyptian Hockey Federation in organizing the International Hockey Championship.
Sherif Kamal, President of the Egyptian Hockey Federation, said that Egypt’s hosting of the International Five-a-side Hockey Championship is an opportunity for our players to have strong contact, and great preparation to compete with the champions of various countries
